Reports To : Sales Manager

Purpose : Supports Sales Manager in the identifying the sales opportunity that have a positive impact on revenue generation for our Company.

Areas of Responsibility

  1. Serving the Existing Clients and Development of New Clients Data Base
    • Identifying sales opportunities through extensive research thereby generating leads.
    • Reaching out to new customers and drafting proposals outlining the benefits of our products
    • Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
    • Assessing client requirements and then customizing recruitment solutions/packages as per their needs
    • Acquiring regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
  2. Relationship Building
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients.
    • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Post Graduate in ‘Sales & Marketing’ from a reputed institute.
  • Good Communication Skills with Pleasing Personality.
  • Fresher / minimum 2-5 years of working experience in service industry in a Sales role.
  • Good knowledge of sales concepts.
  • A highly motivated individual who is able to handle a diverse range of projects

Food & Beverage Guest Service Assistant / Kiosk Attendant

Job Description

Department : Food & Beverage

Reports To : Food & Beverage Supervisor

Purpose : To create 100% Guest satisfaction by delivering food and beverage service to Outlet/Kiosk guests.

Areas of Responsibility

  1. Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing genuine hospitality and by exceeding guest expectations:
    • Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest services.
    • Listens, apologises with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.
    • Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses best judgement as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% guest Satisfaction Guarantee.
  2. Ensures customer satisfaction by courteously greeting customers:
    • Exhibits knowledge of all items on the menu board and beverage list.
    • Takes order.
    • Prepares order for presentation to guest.
    • Clears table throughout dining experience using proper methods for removing plates.
    • Cleans tables, chairs.
    • Check the overall condition of the dining area, ensuring its readiness for customers.
    • Informs supervisor/manager of any customer dissatisfaction.
    • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
  3. Adheres to Park policies and procedures:
    • Attends work on time and as scheduled.
    • Follows Park grooming, hygiene, and dress standards.
    • Minimise safety hazards by following all safety rules and procedures.

    Know the available products and services and suggest alternatives.

Job Description

Department : F&B (Production)

Reports To : Sous Chef

Purpose : To contribute to customer satisfaction by preparing and serving high quality food products.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
  • Handles difficult situations effectively.
  • Properly prepare and garnishes all pantry items, including salads, sandwiches, desserts, specialty plates, and other pantry food orders in accordance with menu specification.
  • Prepares appetisers, salads, vegetables, main course, desserts for all requested banquets and events functions.
  • Prepares all orders in a timely manner.
  • Checks all cooler and storage areas for cleanliness, and quality of food products.
  • Takes proper care of ranges, ovens, boilers, fryers, griddles, utensils and other equipment.
  • Attends work on time as scheduled.
  • Follows Park grooming and hygiene standards.
